Soo Events is a full service event planning and design agency. For us, though, it goes a bit further than that. Event design is
all about putting our heart and soul and all of our energy into creating an authentic and thoughtful experience, tailored to who you are. We will help you create and define your vision
and bring your style to life with our creative direction. We love cohesion, so we will wrap our hands around every single detail, making sure that all the elements of your event tell your story beautifully, from beginning to end. Yay! This means we are the one! After our 30'' dance in the office during which we welcome you to our world, we will send you a contract to sign, so that everyone's interests are kept at heart. We will also draft a timeline for the major decisions,
to make sure that we are always on top of all the decisions that need to be made and their due dates.
Following our call, we will put our minds together and create a tailor made offer, based on our conversation and the requirements of your event. You will receive all the details you need to find out about our services, so that we can make sure we are a match made in heaven.
By now you are probably in love with our work, so you can use our inquiry form or drop us an email to introduce yourselves. We will soon reply with a questionnaire that will help us become more intimate with your style and your vision for your special day. ARE YOU A DESTINATION EVENT PLANNING AGENCY?
Yes! In fact, we love destination events more than anything. We are currently based both in Athens and Thessaloniki, but we will gladly travel literally anywhere to be part of your special day.
IS THERE AN EXTRA FEE FOR DESTINATION EVENTS?
Yes. Depending on your destination, transportation and accommodation fees apply. Depending on the days required, there is a compensation fee for every extra day. Feel free to contact us for further information.
WE CURRENTLY LIVE ABROAD. HOW CAN WE MEET YOU?
No problem at all! As a matter of fact, most of our couples -if not all- do not live in Greece. We are very flexible with our time and we will be able to chat with you by phone, via e-mail or, even better, over a video call, so that we can meet each other and decide if we are a match made in heaven.
HOW MANY MONTHS PRIOR TO OUR DESTINATION EVENT SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
We like to say, the earlier, the better. We love being ahead of time, so the sooner you get in touch with us, the more time we wll have to plan every single detail of your wedding day. Always keep in mind that couples who prefer destination events book them really early on, in order to avoid availability issues.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ON YOUR TEAM?
Konstantina is the owner and head event planner. The team also consists of an event manager and an event stylist. During our productions our team members may be close to ten people. All other services are being outsourced to very trustworthy colleagues from our little black book of vendors.
HOW MANY OF YOU WILL BE ATTENDING OUR EVENT?
The number of team member attending your event varies, according to the event's requirements, number of guests etc. At least two team members will be attending your event. We always make sure that everything runs smoothly, so we will let you know along the way if more people are required.
DO YOUR TEAM MEMBERS SPEAK ENGLISH OR OTHER LANGUAGES?
Yes! All team members speak English fluently. Besides English, some of us speak German, French, Spanish and Turkish. If you need a team member speaking any other language on the day of your event, we most certainly can make that happen.
WHO WE WILL BE TALKING TO FOR OUR EVENT PLANNING?
Usually, our head event planner is the one that meets you for the very first time. Most likely, you will speak with more than one of our team members along the way, depending on the issue at hand.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIFIC SERVICE PROPOSALS OR A LA CARTE PRICING?
Our company offers the most popular services in three different proposals, based on the services required. We are more than happy to discuss the need of your event with you and create a custom tailored offer.
WHICH IS YOUR MOST POPULAR PROPOSAL?
Most of the couples we work with pick our full destination event planning proposal, along with the planning of a welcoming event one day prior. We always urge our couples to go with the full planning proposal. The sole reason is that we can make sure that we are on top of everything, from start to finish. Therefore, we can guarantee a cohesion for your event and keep you calm and relaxed along the way.
HOW MANY EVENTS PER DAY DO YOU BOOK?
We only book one event per day and, in case of a destination event, we may only book one event per week, depending on the location and work required. We want our entire team's undivided attention to be focused on one event at a time, so that we can guarantee a seamless result.
CAN WE ADD EXTRA SERVICES AFTER WE BOOK YOU?
Of course you can! Depending on the extra services required, we have an à la carte pricing catalogue. Feel free to contact us for further information.
