If I work with your company, will the planning and design process be collaborative?
We are aware that wedding-related tasks are sure to eat up a great deal of free time. Between your full-time job and social commitments, you might already feel like you don't have an extra minute to spare. So, after our initial consultation, we will actually get a better gist of how involved you want to be in the whole process. Do you want to have a bigger input or are you satisfied with letting us work our magic and simply checking in at the end of each month? With almost a decade of experience in the wedding industry and the commitment of executing beautiful and heartfelt celebrations we can definitely bring your vision to life and relieve you of the unnecessary stress. We take pride in recommending the best vendors to our couples, artfully curating all wedding details and staying on top of all things while managing any tricky situations that may arise.

Can you show me a wedding you've produced at a similar price point?
This is another excellent question that will help you make an informed decision. As we tend to explain to our couples, a successful celebration doesn’t depend on the investment that a couple wishes to make but rather on their priorities. Based on our experience, we can give you a rough estimate of the financial commitment that other couples have made so that you can compare and if need be, see if there’s room of expansion in yours. Ultimately, it is our job to work within your budget and to guide you to allocate it wisely instead of overspending on something and then having to cut back down on something else. And we can do that, not only by negotiating better rates from our trusted associates but also by providing you with alternatives in each possible scenario.

How many weddings do you have per day/weekend and how big is your team?
We feel much honored to be helping a lot of couples on their journey to wedded bliss. As a full service planning agency, we operate with a boutique approach that prioritizes our couples. We only take on one event per weekend –with a few exceptions of postponements; as we want to fully dedicate our attention to each couple when their big day comes. As for our team, we have a number of associates both in Thessaloniki and Athens, our two local bases, and from there we travel wherever we are asked. The final size of the day-of team depends on your wedding's specific logistics, but to offer the highest quality of our services, at least 3 staff members are needed onsite.

What is your availability and communication style?
We try to maintain a life/work balance, but our office hours are sometimes extended as we are used to working with couples from different time zones. During the off season we don’t take more than 48h to reply to your emails –please keep in mind that our reply time also depends on working around the rest of the vendors’ availability, while during the wedding season when we are busy (and excited!) travelling each weekend to bring another celebration to life, our response time may get a bit slower. We always keep you updated and on schedule, ensuring you cross every to-do off your list in a timely manner. As for the communication, we are very detail oriented people so we prefer to relay and gather all information via email. Also, all the moodboards, contracts, floor plans, are uploaded on shared files, and this way, both you and us are on the same page, nothing gets lost in translation and you can take your time to review ideas and give us feedback. As things start picking up, we will gladly set up meetings for more time sensitive issues, but we are mindful of your schedules, so we try to make sure that we maximize the information you get from us without bombarding you.
